Documenting the wedding day of Aishling & Paul was so much fun. Paul Reidy stole the heart of this Monaghan lass many years ago, and it was back to the farney county, Miss Stirrat came, to celebrate her wedding to her; Mr Reidy. The Stirrat household was a hub of activity on the morning of the wedding. Aishling is a girl after my own heart, and she had a secret stash . . . of rescue remedy. Weddings can be emotional affairs, and this beautiful natural remedy helps maintain a “balance” to the day. Aishling need not have worried, as she was such a gorgeous bride, with a huge smile on her face the entire day.
On this wedding day, there was another special lady who was very important to the whole proceedings . . . Aishling & Paul’s daughter; Miss Aoibhe. This little lady is as cute as a button and as sharp as a tack . . . not to mention a little beauty with piercing eyes. These eyes sent me running for my widest aperture lens, in order to capture the beauty before me. Throughout the day, she was my “little helper” and even took some photos for me. I foresee a future career path . . .
Aishling has a great laugh, and anybody that knows her, will agree. Not a chuckle or a slight giggle. Nope . . . Aishling’s laugh is a deep colourful laugh that you can’t but help smile at. This laughter was the soundtrack for this wedding day. There was laughing in the house, whilst trying to get ready . . . laughing at the vows . . . and laughing when striking the poses for the videographer. I hope Mr & Mrs Reidy have many more laughter filled days in the future, and thanks sooo much for allowing me to tag along on your most special of days.
